Refunds
One paragraph of policy and one of how. Last updated September 17, 2026.
A file that does not open, or does not match the preview you bought: refunded, no argument. Reply to your receipt with the order number. A change of mind after the download is usually not refundable, because the file has been delivered and cannot be given back, but write to us and we will be reasonable. If you bought the wrong size, you did not: every paid download includes Letter and A4.
How to ask
Reply to the receipt email, or write to hello@artisanpdfstudio.com, with the order number. It is the short code on the success page and in the receipt. Tell us what went wrong in a sentence. We answer within two working days and, if it is a refund, Stripe puts the money back on the card you paid with. Banks take five to ten days to show it.
When an order is refunded, its download link stops working. If the problem was the file, ask for a fixed file instead of a refund and we will make one; that is usually what people want.
If you are in the EU or the UK
Consumer law in those places gives you fourteen days to withdraw from a purchase, except for digital content that is delivered right away with your agreement. Your file is delivered the moment you pay, so at checkout you agree to that delivery and give up the fourteen-day withdrawal right. The refund promise in the first paragraph still applies to you in full. A broken file is a broken file wherever you are.
