License
One page, in plain words. Last updated September 17, 2026.
Personal use, on every template. The free version and the paid version of every design may be printed and used for yourself, your family and your household as many times as you like. Planners on the fridge, a certificate for a kid, a calendar for the wall: all of it, no limit, no attribution needed beyond the small credit line that is already on the free version.
Small-business use, on the paid version. When you buy a template, you may use the file in your own business. Send the invoices to your clients. Hand the certificates to your students. Put the letterhead on your letters and the price list on your counter. There is no cap on how many you print or send, and you do not need to tell anyone where the design came from.
What is not allowed. You may not resell the template, offer it as a download, or include it in a bundle or a product where the template itself is what people are getting. You may not claim the design as your own or put your name on it as its maker. You may not remove the credit line from the free version. And you may not use a template to make something illegal or to impersonate someone else, which we hope goes without saying but say anyway.
The design stays ours; the file is yours. Buying a template buys a license to use the file, not ownership of the design. That is the same deal a font or a stock template comes with, and it is what lets us keep the price at a few dollars. What you type into the template is yours. We hold a copy only so your download link keeps working, and we do not use it for anything else; the privacy page says exactly what we keep and for how long.
Fonts. Every typeface on this site and in every template is licensed under the SIL Open Font License or an equivalent license that allows commercial use. The fonts are embedded in the PDF you download, so the file prints the same anywhere. The full list, with the license for each, is in the public font log.
